Market Feedback problem regarding a deal with sagar.agrawal20

I have purchased a msi hd5850 gfx card and 3 cm red led fans from sagar.agrawal20 around 20 days back!

according to sagar the fans were his and the gfx card was of his friend anurag

so essentially i was dealing with anurag,who said he had the bill for the card with him,after which the deal went forward n after a few days delay and a little haggling he shipped me the stuff

on receiving the parcel i saw that he had only sent me the gfx card and not the fans or the bill for the gfx card,then i started calling them...

i told them both the problem and they said that they had sent the bill and the fans but in a different box??!!why would they do that!

now this i did not believe because who sends stuff in two different boxes which ain't even stuck/tied together

but anyways after that the real pain for me began,after a day of use the gfx card stopped working for which i didn't bother any of them since i thought it would be easier for me to send it to rma

for which i started asking them for the bill

now sagar says he is very busy(some family problem) and he rarely receives my call,on the other hand anurag responds and says he is not in hyderabad(from where the stuffs actually shipped).

they say that sagar will get a duplicate bill from the shop and buy new fans and ship them to me,which i agreed to.

after that everyday i had to call one of them to ask about the progress and everyday they would either not respond or make some excuse

then after about 10 days sagar finally shipped the fans and i got it,and to my surprise the box still didn't contain the bill...

since then sagar's phone is switched off(why would he keep his phone switched off when a deal hasn't been concluded) and now i can only contact anurag,whom i call n narrate the problem,anurag says he is having some problem with a te member regarding a deal and he will sort out my problem once he sorts out his own problem,again no big deal and i was ok.

yesterday i call anurag and he says that sagar has the bill and he is searching for it,and once he finds it,he will forward me that in my email,again i was ok with that.

now the very next day anurag sends me a sms that the bill is lost and they will go to the shop to get a duplicate copy!!!???

all this just means that they never had the bill with them,they never even made the effort to source the bill,they are just making excuses to keep delaying it

i gave anurag today as the last deadline and i am sure he won't send me the bill even today

and they also said that both sagar and anurag operate the te account under the name sagar.agrawal20!!!

and also all the stuff that was shipped to me,was shipped under the name of anurag and the origin was hyderabad(even though he mentioned he wasn't there in hyderabad) and the sender's address also was not given,i think this seems a little suspicious!

now i don't know what to do!!
 
@archat68-i had posted a wtb thread,so i don't think posting it's link is of any use!

@delhiboy1000-bill is definitely not required for warranty,but this has more to do with misleading and lying,that OP has the bill even though he doesnt,and usually stuffs without the bill sells for lesser...
 
Hmmm....if you can claim the warranty w/o the bill then I don't see any issue here. What kind of an outcome are looking at with this feedback thread???
 
@agupta02-lying is a malpractice,he lied about having the bill...which is a big deal,if he didn't have the bill he should have said that before i bought the card!

n i also wanted the bill because there has been instances when people are offered a cheaper card as a replacement,if any such thing does take place then i would have the bill supporting me!

and what if it was a product that needed a bill for warranty,things would have been uglier then,wouldn't it!

i just want people to not mislead anyone with all the lies and if i hadnt been bothering him so much,i highly doubt i would have had the fans delivered to me by now!

Op has asked for 2 days time to get the bill...
