Where to repair Viewsonic monitors in Mumbai, preferably Andheri area ?
My ViewSonic VX922 LCD monitor 19" (square type) is connected to AMD ATI HD2600 Pro 256MB gpu.
The system also got onboard gpu of Intel DG43GT motherboard.
Both onboard and HD2600 only got DVI-D port.
So, DVI-D to stand VGA port converter is used when connecting to VGA port.
Problem:
Display resolution not going above 640x480 in Windows 7 with latest catalyst drivers. No display when connected to DVI port.
Tried connecting through DVI port onboard, still same result.
In Windows XP, it goes to 1024*768 with VGA port, but when changed, then no display.
Monitor very carefully used without even a scratch though warranty expired recently.
I think this is a monitor issue and want to service the monitor.
