Projector with android under 20k

If you purchase something that doesn't explicitly say Netflix certified, chances are Netflix may not work in full quality or it may stop working. Similar story with Prime and Chromecast.

If I were you, I'd get best quality projector I want and connect a firestick to it.

At 20k, you are just not going to get a practical projector that you can use even in dim lighting conditions or with proper keystone support. Try to get a LED projector with the maximum ANSI lumens which will definitely cost a lot more and will still be unusable with any form of ambient light. Also, none of the Chinese projectors will have Widevine L1, let alone Netflix certification.
