what constitutes govt employees?
nationalized bank employees also included?

yes..like bank of maharastra/sbi etc ..

BSNL must be desperate to make up their subscriber numbers... I hope the govt/regulators force them to unbundle local loop to allow private operators to provide their DSL on the same BSNL landlines :D

@virus32win

Thanks a lot virus32win..I just have a doubt..I have paid the rentals upto june 2009 in advance.So will i get any rebate or something or will it be applicable only after june?

It has been asked for clarification from BSNL Corporate Office by IT Cell whether the annual payment customers are also eligible for this offer & most probably they will also get the benefit but from 1st Dec 2008.
