are you sure stormblast ? Where exactly is it available in mumbai

you get it for 22.5k in ninja. if you bargain i am sure you can get it for 22k.

if you get from other shops youll get for around 23k.

its ntsc/J. makes more sense to get this as all ps3 games are region free. so if you pickup pal games here locally they work perfectly on ntsc/j also.

Well it is true that PS3 controller doesn't support force feedback, but the good news is that the newer controllers will support it.

^there is no modded version of ps3 out as of now..regarding playing online i dont think that should be a problem

That scenario looks bleak Even if somebody manages to crack the PS3, it won't help bcoz the Bleu Ray disk is very costly so u won't be able to buy the "Ahem" games at low prices.
