Hi All,
I have my PS4 which is plagued with the age old issue of disc drives not being recognized in the PS4 disc if it is in the sleeping position. If i insert the disc drive a sound comes from inside like the disc is being read and failing. This happens 2-3 times and the PS4 rejects the disc with a "Disc Unknown Error"
The short term fixes that work are :
1. Light tap on the top corner of the disc drive - Immediate success
2. Keep the PS4 in standing position and it works almost every time.
Is there any long term solution to make this work in the sleeping position as well ? As i do not have space for keping it vertical.
