Saw the post in r/indiangaming.
Even refunds for returns has been stopped, only replacement.
Sucks to be honest.
 
This is a bad policy. I ordered a Logitech G305 mouse from them 4 days back, they haven't shipped yet. I tried ordering from Amazon too but they didn't ship the product either, don't know what's going on with them. Everything is just crazy these days.
