PC Peripherals psu doubt

would it be safe to run the following things on my current antec smartpower 400w?..it has 23a on the 12v...not keen on upgrading psu right now....waiting for tp2..

athlon 64 3200 at stock
a8n sli dlx
xfx 6800gt
2 x 200gb seagate
1 x 160gb seagate
benq dw1640
pioneer 108d
gigabyte cdrw
2 x 120mm 0.72a dc fans

Should be ok if you do not use all the optical drives simultaneously for very long durations......
however you should think of upgrading to atleast 480 watts model (dual 12V rails ) for future peace of mind.
