PC Peripherals PSU fan dead, replacement?

Total bliss!
ex-Mod
My Corsair VX450 PSU's FAN died after 6 years. WD40 and machine oil did not help.
Need a replacement.
This is the default fan model : ADDA cooling fan AD1212MB-A71GL.
Where can I source it in India?
Any alternatives/suggestions?

Just replace it with something having same width x height and similar amperes with high air pressure. Even at low speeds, it should cool the psu properly.
 
I bought this one and it works great, since the controller is still working ? it runs at low RPMs.
