Looking for a SMART TV, where i can connect wifi and access youtue, netfix, amazon prime etc.
Also play play store games.
 
Get that or the Mi TV which goes for 45K. This is an excellent TV as well. Albeit no Play Store.

As for gaming, I think you would be better served with a dedicated gaming box like the Shield (Android, you need to get from US) or Xbox/PS or other Android TV boxes. If you buy the Mi TV, you should be able to pick up a XBOX/PS as well. This is because the processor on most of these TVs are of the crappy variety, which will start hanging at some point or the other..
 
Don't give too much importance to smart functionality,in this budget your first priority should be picture quality. You would be better off buying amazon firestick anyway as reviews suggest streaming on it is better than native amazon app & it will be updated regularly unlike TV OS/apps which will most likely receive updates for a few months/year at best.

VU TV has much better picture quality than MI but has no HDR capabilities. Phoenix mall in Mumbai(One nearby to lamington) has both the brands for display.
