Query on buying something from Ebay.com using Paypal

The item that I want to buy is being sold by a seller based in Hong Kong.
His shipping and handling policy states -
"Only ship to the confirmed address provided by Paypal. Please make sure your address in Paypal matches the address you would like us to ship to."

Since no one is home most of the time, I was thinking about shipping it to my friend's house.
Since seller is going to ship via Hong Kong Mail, I don't expect the packet to reach within 30 days. And it will be without tracking.

Dont buy, Indian paypal cant have confirmed address

Only US and UK paypal do have confirmed address.

Add the address at which you want the product shipped to your PayPal account and you are good to go.

What @rdst_1 mentioned works. I used my ebay.com account which has primary address of US and my US paypal account to order something from ebay.com, sold by a China Seller and the item came to me fine in India.
Just one hiccup i had was that Paypal held my transaction since it was paid using US bank account (linked to paypal) but shipping address was of India.
