1.Can this be used with prepaid cdma reliance sim?
2.Will Bad esn works in INDIA?

axiom works out of the box through RUIM (CDMA SIM) but you need to cut it using micro SIM cutter.

I have one axiom on sell here on TE..
Its a very good device for price,and it's battery rated 2100 mah quite enough to get you one and half day easily...
I have one black hostler type case one which we fit on our belt,if you need will give you for free...
