just a quick q....

I was looking at my user Cp.. and I see that there are the normal green boxes.. and d filename is rep_pos or something like tht.. so I guess it means Positive??

but what about the grey boxes??

what does tat mean??

Think when ppl with not enough reppin power rep u , u get those grey boxes

There are basically two types of reputations.
1. Positive (Green)
2. Negative (Red)

There is also something known as Rep Giving power which denotes the amount of reputation one can give. When one doesnt have sufficient rep giving power, it reflects as a Gray/Black/Dark Blue rectangle as seen above.

Thus, it can be treated as a neutral rep. Thats no -ve or +ve as it has no effect on your reputation.
