Graphic Cards R9 270x vs GTX660

I need a new gpu for my rig. I am confused between the two above. Please suggest me the one i should go with keeping in mind performance and reliability at first preference.

Secondly will i face bottleneck issues on the rig mentioned below
My rig:
Phenom II x4 965BE
4GB RAM
Corsair GS600
Msi 785G E53 mobo
 
If price is no concern, Id say 270X. Its current gen + faster. Whether you bottleneck would depend on the kind of applications you intend on running. Id think not, but you will be borderline soon.
 
It's gonna be depend upon your uses, GTX 660 is not a bad choice considering to your config. also 270x is better option but for reliability i'd say go for Nvidia cause they have really good driver updates and fixes and if you're thinking to upgrade your system in near future, so you might have to re-think about other gpu options plus your budget for your GPU.
