bought Logitech MOMO for 4.5 K for a friend. very good VFM
don't know if it will work with consoles.

i think only Fanatec wheels work across all three , Logitech DFGT /G25/ G27 will work for PC and PS3 , these are the only ones i'm aware of 
DFGT is what you should go for , for casual spins.
edit: and then you have M$'s own wheel for the 360 which i think works with 360 only.
