You certainly cant claim money now, after baking the card. Raheel may be wrong initially but you certainly cannot expect him to take a card which has been physically altered...

Well, the card is back to its normal self with the crazy lines. I want my money back now and I am pretty broke over this.

The seller is void of any responsibility the moment you went ahead and decided to bake the card (that amounts to physical tampering). Why didn't it occur to you that it's a bad idea to go ahead do something drastic like this without consulting anyone else especially considering this card is in the mid of an ongoing dispute.

With the reckless manner in which you decided to go ahead with a drastic measure like this on the disputed card without consulting anyone or posting here beforehand, I for one I am not sure anymore if even your original claim (that the card arrived in faulty condition) is genuine. Whose to say that the damage was not a result of similar recklessness before or during installation on your side.
