We are not the service center or the distributor for the same here we will just be acting as a middle man helping you to claim warranty for the same, It will be sent to the distributor by us and whatever they say will tell u that and whatever u say will tell them that.

This is not what you said, when i purchased it. I specifically asked you on this and you said Itwares are here to provide warranty for 5 years.
I have purchased many products from you and this is not the kind of response i expect from you.

If you can get it replaced within the first 5 years, then i have no problems with it. But considering you pro-rata calculations in the 3/4 page of this thread, i dont want that crap passed over to me.

What do you mean by this. I bought a product with 5 years warranty. Its your responsibility to get it replaced from the distributor if the manufacturer doesnt have a direct service center here, I am not expecting telephone operator response from you.

^^ Don't worry you are a very dear customer more of a friend now to me, i will stand with u and get the same replace from them :)

Ok. I cannot help but post here now:

I have advocated the rights of the buyer (m.jeri) all along in this thread.

But what is happening now is more like retribution/revenge and not justice. TheITWares realized his mistake and did the needful for correcting it.

A lot of damage has obviously been done to his image due to this thread and the blog post. Why continue with it now?

He has made a mistake once and he has somehow corrected it. He deserves a chance at reformation. Even criminals get a second chance... And for all I believe, he is not a criminal!

By keeping this thread alive, we are just spoiling a persons livelihood for satisfying our ego... We have already caused him atleast hundred times the damage that was probably caused to m.jeri... This needs to stop now.

If this is the power of the community that we are talking about... Not allowing a person a second chance at reformation just coz he is a registered dealer and you can deal with him in whatever way you want coz he needs to retain his dealership... I really don't appreciate this community spirit. :@

What has the community done to deal with those real thugs who flew away with the money of people??
What happens to those thugs who foil market deals and just disappear?? What has the community done when KMD flew away?? Did you bring anyone to justice??
Hell NO!

And why not?? Only coz they were not as submitting as TheITWares?? Only coz they didn't leave behind a trail that could be tracked?? Only coz they didn't have an online business and livelihood to maintain and we couldn't spoil it??

I really appreciate the collective efforts of the TE Members in getting justice for m.jeri. I was a part of it too. But this is taking it too far... I am not asking you to 'forgive and forget'... Only asking you'll to 'forgive'... for this once...

And if we cannot do that and are adamant on making his business suffer forever for a lone mistake, I dunno how we might forgive ourselves... :(

@ Mods: I don't think I have crossed a line. But please feel free to delete this post if you find it inappropriate.

Closing thread since m-jeris issue seems to be resolved. Everyone else please post your issues in the Feedback thread so that we do not have parallel threads running.

@m-jeri, please PM any of the mods if you need this re-opened.
