Storage Solutions RAID modes

I am currently using 3 different hdds. Two of them are 200GB seagates and one 320GB Seagate.
My doubt - is it possible to configure the 200gb hdds to run in RAID and the other ( 320gigs ) in normal mode on a same pc ?
 
@ apollyon - you talking abt my Abit IP35E or stormblast's Asus ??
If its me - tell me which RAID card should i go for ?
Am a complete noob to this, btw.
 
am talking about your board, its got ich9 not ich9r so no raid support.
re. the raid card, you can contact amey, rupam has those cards in stock :)
