The Memory Slot selection gives the specs of ram in each slot. so currently the SS above is showing the info about the Slot#1. Now, if you want to replace the RAM, all you need to worry about is the MaxBandwidth value. Here it is PC3-10700. hope that helps.
In my case the ram is currently running at 1334Mhz (667X2 DDR3) where are it will run at 2400MHz when running in XMP mode (overclocked)
that's correct. it's dual channel ram so its speed is 800 x 2 = 1600mhzAs per the above screenshot the RAM Speed would 1600Mhz.

you're right it's double data rate - my badNOOOO. not because is its dual channel. dual channel means the ram modules come in pairs.
here the speed is 1600 because its DDR. DDR->Double Data Rate.
