Pulled out my old workhorse last weekend only to find that there is no display / POST.
Have carried out the following tests -
1. Multiple power supplies.
2. Different memory and no memory
3. Different display cards.
On connecting the power supply the Rampage logo glows and fades as normal. However on powering notice that the Bios 1 light glows and the CPU fan spine. After a brief interval (10s) it powers down and starts again however this time round the secondary BIOS light glows along with the HDD indicator (no HDD is connected).
When testing without any memory there is no beep from the attached speaker.
Have been unable to check the POST codes as I appear to have misplaced the external LCD poster.
Welcome any testing tips and also looking for a place where I may check if it is the board or the CPU that may have the problem.
