Graphic Cards Random Blue Screen Issues. Please Help

Hi friends! I've came across a strange problem that my tv screen(toshiba power tv) is getting blue in random. It has been connected to my Zotac gt 520 with hdmi. Also i've latest drivers(310.90) and AV installed. What might be the problem? The full format is also done by me giving no results

recently heard that the latest NVIDIA drivers cause some issues like these. But not sure with NVIDIA 5xx cards. Check it out..

reverted back with my bundled driver disc but problem still persists
