WTB Raspberry Pi Zero W

I have but the wifi is broken on it.
I can offer a micro-USB OTG adaptor with a compatible Wifi dongle. That's how I was using it.
Would be slightly over your budget though.

I want to connect some peripherals via the micro usb port so I need the port empty.
