Just received the orochi v2 a few hours ago and set up it. The bluetooth mode works fine. But switching to 2.4ghz the light below dps switch blinks green twice a few times and goes off. It doesnt connect in 2.4ghz mode. I hear the ping when we connect any usb device when i connect the dongle.
Using the mouse in my HP victus laptop 16-E0360Ax on Windows 11. When trying to update firmware via the Orochi v2 updater it doesnt go past the connect USB dongle screen as it is greyed out as if the dongle is not detected. Same with the official hypershift connect utility.
What would be the problem? Is my dongle DoA or something? Would be very helpful if anyone could help me with this.
