PC Peripherals Recommend config for an Intel based budget pc

hello all,
This is for a friend of mine, the puter will be used for basic things along with that he'll be running visual studio and some other IDE's(strictly on windows) and maybe playing a game or two for time pass.
He already got the monitor and input devices, so config is only for the casing and things in it. I'm in Chandigarh, if anybody could help with where to look, it would be helpful.
The budget is 15k.

Processor :Intel E2160
Motherboard: Intel DG31PR
CPU+mobo shld be Rs 5500
Ram: 1GB DDR 2 Shld be Rs 700-900
HDD: 160GB seagate Shld be arnd 1800rs
Casing+Psu: Keep around 1500 for this.
DVD Writer: Rs 1300

The GPU is onboard in this case. You can always ask him to invest in a GPU when he needs it.
 
you can also opt for a amd config it will be cheaper for you a bit
