Monitors Recommend: Home Monitoring | Wifi Web Cams.

I have a kid and have an ayya for her. We do have a family member at home to monitor ayya, but at time that even becomes difficult. So am contemplating installing Wifi Webcams, that way, me and my wife can monitor home from office.

Any recommendations? At this moment, I don't have any must have's, so the criteria is quite open.
