Reddit vs Quora vs Techenclave vs REST CRAP ?

I vote for TE first for most accurate replies (whomsoever it replies)..
I get right details as in question, without much bla bla bla..

Quora is like an article mash.. = Kids make articles etc. etc. and start writing..

Reddit is still international game.. Try to make little negative topic/stuff, you get banned against Indians specially..

Which one would you vote for ? For best suggestions ??

That maybe because your threads/posts deserve it assuming they are anything like the stuff you post about Amazon, Google etc over here. Some of the sub reddits have very low tolerance.

For technology, I use reddit a lot more than TE. TE does not have much going on for programming. For general technology and local stuff, I use TE.

It is not about choosing BEST but, what you prefer as referred..
Those are international site(s) misguiding i ASSUME in lot of ways.

On the other hand, the developer community for Go language is primarily on reddit. I also follow programming and technology sub reddits.

If you need suggestions, and willing to learn, you need to learn how to post better. Right now, your posts seem disjointed and hence, mostly, it takes some work to actually understand what you are trying to say. So much work, that at times, I just don't even read your post or make a suggestion as it is difficult to understand what you are trying to say. On a forum, even a little bit strict about comprehension of posts, you would definitely be banned.
If you don't have them, then try to learn some basic writing skills. Better sentence formation is crucial to conversing in forums and I am sure your experience will be different once you improve those skills.

StackOverflow does not allow a lots of types of queries. You will find the thread getting locked with the response that that the question is not suitable for SO. Also, you don't get to know latest news etc; r/golang is where most happenings around the Go language are indexed and available to go through from one place. It is also possible to post your project link and ask for feedback etc or for people to post some code and ask how its can be improved further or written differently etc. I personally use it as a news feed for Go. Same for /r/programming and technology.

They survive on TE not because its a democracy, but because TE has moderately high tolerance for posts that that are deemed trolling or those violating the rules here. This very post is in violation of rules and eligible for deletion, but that's usually not going to happen. Several of your previous threads can be deemed to be trolling. Other international forums apply the rules more seriously given the number of members they have to deal with. Trolling and shouting or content that don't fit the group rules can get the post deleted or even get you banned without any warning.

If you would have compared TE vs Erodov vs Digit it could have been a logical comparison.
What you are comparing is like google vs tcs vs twitter each having different operative scopes.

Still I can answer in the following way from my perspectives:
Techenclave: Is mostly dead. What goes on is mostly crap, rants, fights, flaming and essay writing. No replies for out of the box queries. The mods too arent interested in doing their jobs. Te is just a time pass now. Dont want to hurt anyone but some countable people are so 24*7 active here as if having only this dedicated jobs of portraying essays and replying instantly to any given topic as if a bpo/kpo service.
TE has actually lost its golden days and charm. No wonder why members shifted to erodov and digit. Where digit is more active + professional at the same time. TEs market section is maintained thoroughly though.

Quora: A site where aliens or brainless or people thinking out of context post questions which are humorous yet too irritating and bp boiling. Would add there are many perverts in the name of females or even cheap males who always keep asking fellow females dirty questions and even send cheap private chats. Add more, the quora mods are brainless as well who will disapprove your post even in clean lingo but approve people pornographic pictorial replies which runs through some pages. Seems they are porn lovers and very biased towards real people who want to post something sensible.

Reddit. Well it looks very messy just like twitter since recent times. And I'm a sorted person so reddit is definitely not for me. Left reddit years ago.

You may have 25+ years experience, but apparently, you don't seem to still realize that typing in all caps or increasing font sizes like that for specific words is against basic forum etiquette. This is so basic that it does not even have to be listed explicitly in the rules for forums to take action. Furthermore, SMS lingo or poorly written text is also eligible for deletion. You should take a look at the rules section.

As I said, your posts stay because the moderation here is pretty lenient. Not all forums put up with it. Which is why I said that I can understand why your posts were getting deleted. or getting you banned.

Maybe because I don't discriminate based on nationality? I have worked (or working) with Indians, Americans, British, French, Germans, Spanish, Danish, Russians, Ukrainians, Chinese, Japanese, Koreans, Israelite's, Pakistanis, Iranians and more over the course of my career. I don't attach any importance to things like caste, religion or country. I recognize patriotism as just another flavor of religious fanaticism. My loyalty is only towards my obligations. This includes my duties at work for which I am paid for and my fundamental duties as a citizen of the nation I am under. I have no prejudice towards a person or company just because they are not related to the same nation as the one I am part of.
