The Arctic Freezer II 280mm I received was repacked. Basically the box looked a bit crumpled, but everything was present inside.
The small tube of thermal paste (or pouch) was replaced with a retail tube.
This was my experience, I am just a customer, in no other way related to Scorpzon.

Product has been returned, shipped to Arctic, updated to the newest version and fixed. Carries the same warranty as a new one

Why is their a 1k difference between Arctic 34eSport and Sport Duo? The only difference is an extra 500rs fan. Or am I missing something?

The fan on eSports duo is Bionic 120 which costs 1000 on amazon.
