Need a little info/help here fellas. You see that I was using a Moto One Fusion phone, which I put for sale last month. Before formatting and packing the phone for the buyer I took a backup of the device (Settings- Backup- Back up now) as my call logs and SMS are very important to me. This was on 2nd Aug. My new phone (Pixel 2) was in transit and I received it on 22nd Sep. So it had been 52 days since I took the backup on the motorola. And Google Drive backups are kept for 57 days. So I was certain that it would show on my new phone while setting it up as I was within 57 days timeline set by Google. But to my shock when I entered my email it showed no backup found linked to my account! Now, when I check Google Drive app, it shows the old backup there and that 2 days to expiry! Screenshot attached.
Well how do I make this backup appear on my new phone? I had extremely important SMS and unsaved nos. in call logs which I need to access. Any help would be really appreciated.
