Has anyone any idea on booking currency exchange online and person coming home to exchange .

I want to buy some foreign currency. I did try my Local guy but he does not keep russian rubble.

A lot of Western Unions/Thomas Cooks do off-the-record purchases and sales if you ask discreetly.

I've always found TC's rates to be exorbitant compared to the local market. Official of course. Off the books never occurred to me to try.

Shop around and the rates were much better with others.

No currency available for ruble.
Only Forex Card but cards wont work in Russia right?

An intermediary might be a better alternative, like euro.

I checked one close to me, they said roubles are too volatile to stay profitable for currency exchanges.
