My reliance broadband (Secondary connection) was not working fine for 2 weeks and customer support (180030007777) said "Due to exigency our services are not available"
I was tired and got the local technician ..
As a joke i said "connection is not working, are they closing down?"
and the shocking answer is "Yes sir, we are told to inform customers in phases"
and he explained the settlement process!!!
Though its not in news yet... I think this needs to be known to guys....
