Reliance or Tata? in Panipat

A friend of mine is in Panipat.

He says they have only two options for internet. Reliance and Tata. He says all he knows is it's a USB modem and data cards.

Which is better? Which has better reliability in North India? What about promised speeds?

I am from Paniapt........ I m using Airtel Broadband. Really it is much better than Reliance, TATA, BsNL. Airtel Services are amazing. I re-commanded Airtel Broadband.

tata and reliance dont have decent service in panipat tell him to get either airtel or BSNL
