got reps from 2 ppl but not recieved only 0 rep points recieved pm :S the guy has rep points too 43 posts.43 posts dont count for rep points
look for how many green bars the person who repped u has
the greater the no of green bars greater the rep points u receive

Yep, only if the other person has a reputation level >0 will you get rep points.
Else you will get 0 rep points, which will also be indicated by a grey bar in your user CP.

their first 10 reps earns them no points. U get 0 reps and only a post for appreciation.
