hi,
i had a couple of green reps from members. now i noticed in the user CP that they have become gray. Does this mean that the repper has changed his rep to nuetral?

Nope, gray reps means you've recieved reps from someone who dosent have too many rep pointsi n the first place. The repper has no control over how many rep points hes giving and once hes given it he cant take it back
