I wanted 2 rep inzider for his post here but I got this message

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to inzider again.

Can anyone tell me what does that mean??

What it means is that you cannot rep the same person again before giving it to someone else.... You have to rep ME before you can rep him again ..... That is all.... so just rep me and then you can rep him...... :bleh: :tongue:
