How do i get reps?

and how do i rep a specific post ? r there any points system?

2. You get reps when someone reps you, to find out if you have been repped and by whom check the user control panel.

3. You rep a person based on his post by clicking the

next to the post count number on top of every post.

When i press the icon do i get 2 choose the no.of points which i can award?

no..... it is default.

If the person repping you has a lot of rep points, then you also get more.

If a person has relatively less reps and reps you, then you get comparatively less reps

Tat means if i rep a post , then the post wouldn't get as much points as

in the case if u did rgt
