CPU/Mobo reqd. upgrade suggestion

i am planning to upgrade my pc ( p4 1.76ghz) with core to duo processor.

main use surfing/chatting/basic office work /listening music . NO GAMING!!!!!!!
i want intel processor +mobo + 160gb hd + 1 gb ddr2 ram 800mhz + cabinet with suitable power supply in the budget of 10000 (+ - 1000 ) rs.:)

----- pl suggest me sugest model no. with price in mumbai.
------- pl. give me name of reliable vendor/shops on lamington road
--------what is overclocking? i have heard that E2160 procr can be perform upto 2.6ghz ?:huh:

pl.guide me . do vendor assamble , load o/s ? what are the charges?:(

i dont think you need to buy a seperate PSU as you dont plan to game. the inbuilt ones will do. and o/s installation is generally free these days... dont u have any geeks for friends?
