Forum Feedback Request for a list of every single banned member alongside the actions that got them banned

I'd like to request the mods to maintain a publicly visible list of all the banned members with a brief outline of their crimes. The very sight of a strikethrough is always going to make any member feel curious as to why a particular member was banned.

Point in case, not all the accounts are banned for scamming. Some accounts are banned for relatively smaller mistakes such as bumping too much. Having a list with the respective reasons of bans would serve as a warning for the newcomers to not repeat the specific mistakes. For the rest of us, it can serve as a scam tracker.

Hm, had checked that before creating this thread. It was permanently closed by the mods in 2022. I mean it says not open for further replies and indeed it hasn't seen any.

I believe its a closed thread as only the Mods are expected to keep it updated. They can open it, add the entry and close it again. The reason you do not see any entries beyond that date is because that is the last member banned due to such a reason.

I had dodged the scam. @Abhijat was the victim. Only he can communicate the details to the mods.

I encountered this solitary incidence myself. So nothing else to report. The reason behind the creation of this thread was me spotting way too many banned accounts off late. Also, a guy had been banned for bumping this WTB thread too much so I was curious as to what exactly gets all these members banned.

I bought a Lightning to USB 3 adapter from @arnab_saha. Got the product, but when trying to give feedback (Albiet a bit late) I see his account is banned. Instead of just showing "Banned" under the account name, if the reason is mentioned it would be great.

Like I'm curious why @Afrin101 is market restricted / semi banned. The guy is solid. I think he may have bumped his sale thread maybe more than what the rules allow, but that is no reason to enforce such a long standing ban / limitation.

Bumping too much gets you banned if you ingore the warnings repeatedly.

Yeah I was banned for a month for bumping the sale thread. Was an honest mistake. But nevertheless account is back online now.
