Forum Feedback Request for a sticky thread withmobile phone mAh ratings

Folks, as the title says, can we have a sticky thread that has details of the mAh rating for all mobile phones. Members can post actual model no. and mAh rating of the battery of their mobile phones so that there is no confusion with values as is often seen on the net.

Often, data such as this is hidden by manufacturers. A thread like this maintained by members/section mod would be quite useful. If you folks have other suggestions on what else can be covered, please feel free to chip in.

Well, I've always been able to pull out the mAh rating for MOST devices from GSMArena or the manufacturer's site.

The value is usually the same across all sites.

Remember, mAh in most cases in an important factor but it boils down to how well the phone has been optimized in accordance to the battery's capacity.

For Eg.: an 800mAh battery can deliver a 7hr/450hrs TT/ST if optimized well OR a 3hr/300hrs TT/ST if poorly optimized.

Same thing applies to a higher capacity (say 1500mAh) battery.

As and when needed, a simple search for the mAh vaule and corresponding battery life should do.
