After Long time i switching back from laptop to desktop.. All existing Hardware got it from friend..
Please give good configuration

Help me with knowing of 4770s processor .. can i able to overclock in that? just wanted to know. is there any disadvantage in it..
 
The 4770S is a low-TDP processor, its rated at 65W vs the usual 88W. It's not unlocked, so no overclocking possible.
A B85 motherboard should be good enough. And a Seasonic S12II 430 if you do not have plans to upgrade to a power hungry GPU.
