The ebay link is blocked in my office. So I dont know what sort of resistance bands they are.
I've come across two typed of resistance bands. The one which sell locally in the fitness stores which show pretty women and guys with six pack using thin tubular bands which stretch. They are not all that good.I could say they are pretty much bad. They just gice the idea that they are low tech but will give great gains. They dont.
And then there are the hard resistance bands which could be really useful in taking your fitness up a notch.mInd you, I am saying up a notch. Not entirely start with it.For example, people who can knock off 50 pushups at one take, they could use these resistance bands to give them.. well.. resistance.Really kills ya.The same is done by strongmen, wrestlers and strength athletes during squats etc.Search in youtube. They could be very useful.

Do inspect your fitness goals clearly and see if these resistance bands would do the job. There's nothing wrong in trying new things, only if your are stagnated and bored with the workout you are already carrying out.
I bought one such resistance band too, just for the hell of it.It cost me 500 bucks from Hatrick Sports.Broke within 10 mins of a few exercises.
This link should be helpful to ya.checkout the bands there..
