this post is to inform all TEian's about this guy.

everything started from here -

i recently bought a PS3 & was looking for GOW3 game & came across hellgate's deal.

so,i asked for A/C Details & made the payment instantly i.e. 1k on Monday Morning by about 11am.

he promised to ship the disk on Wednesday which he didn't but the thing that bugs me off is he's ignoring me.

i've posted everyday regarding tracking details & PM'ed him many times but he ain't replying to any of my PM's or posts this is bad.

he's logging in everyday but ain't responding.

as a seller he should respond to all my queries but ignoring a buyer is a bad thing.

i've dealt many times on this forum & all the times i've shipped the product on time & if i'm not able to ship it on time i do notify the buyer by PM'ing him about the reason why i wasn't able to ship & provide him the next expected date of shipping.

I WOULD LIKE TO WARN YOU ALL - DON'T DEAL WITH THIS GUY.

Strange. He logged into the forum today itself. I wonder why he didn't reply you. Thats a really bad ass attitude. If he doesn't reply then actions will be taken against him, i'm sure.

Well if he doesn't ship by Monday then I think you should ask for refund and MODS should do something about this guy.....

the thing is he's ignoring my PM's,how would i know whether he's going to ship it on monday or not :huh:

^ Just PM him and tell him he should ship your game latest by Monday or post it in his FS thread and wait for his PM till Monday midnight and if he doesn't PM you back with shipping details or reason for not shipping your game till now then you can simply ask him for refund or ask MODS to take action against him....

He lives in Noida and many members on TE are also from Noida.Switch also lives in Noida.You can ask him if he can help you in any way....

Well since he said Wednesday, I don't think it would be wrong for you to give him a few days to send him the game. Sure he must be logging in everyday, but don't forget that many people work long hours at a job and he could be checking from his mobile phone/office PC. However, I agree it is wrong for him to ignore you for the 3 days but then again he could have his reasons, lets see what he has to say....

About sending your game, give him till Monday. If he doesn't do or say anything by then, take this thread forward.

all i'm asking for is answers to my questions that's it.

even after PM'ing him & posting on his thread he doesn't reply.

will surely wait till monday midnight for the tracking details if PM'ed.

Why aren't you using the iTrader system?

Mods can't do anything other than to keep an eye on repeat offenders and add them to the blacklist.

If you've created the thread to draw his attention perhaps to sort it out, then I expect only hellgate to reply.

A kind note to all other members - Market Feedback is only intended to be sorted out between the two parties and TE Mods.

dont worry guys ....i know this guy personally and found him trustworthy. May be he is having some problems at his end. I will call him in the morning and then update the info here.

what i'm saying is that if he is having any problems then he should reply to my queries explaining his problem.

instead what he's doing is loggin in everyday & ignoring my Posts/PM's.

he can surely take time but as a seller he should contact buyer (me) explaining his issues that's it.

just talked to him, the game was shipped yesterday, he will update the OP regarding the tracking details by today or tomorrow. Here is the info i got :

1. He was not able to reply because he is not well since the last few days. Even now he sounding terrible.

2. Regarding the issue "that he is coming online daily and not replying", he shares his PC with his room mate and his credentials are saved in the browser, so it was not him who was accessing the forums.
