PC Peripherals Right way to dispose off old pc components?

i have a 6 yr old PS/2 iBall keyboard...2 keys are loose and the central enter key sumtyms gets stuck...i don't think anyone would want it.
also got a LGA775 motherboard that doesnt work & a stabilizer from 90's that does work....how do i dispose off things like these? It would be wrong to throw it in the garbage right?

Many companies like Dell pickup old computer stuff and recycle. Internationally, they pickup anything. Not sure in India but they might just pickup dell only products.
