Any idea about Intel RMA process how long does it take. Got a processor that is not working. I have raised a online ticket with all the details for now for RMA.
I also see they have a local customer service center in Bangalore. Will walking in to the local center expedite the process as its a bit far from my place.
Anyone who has done Intel RMA withing or outside Bangalore, if they could share their thoughts.
Processor is giving red led on MSI board which indicates CPU failure or bad CPU. Swapped and tested with another processor which works fine.

Reached out to intel support made few call, RMA is in process currently
