Monitors S-IPS 24" LCD monitor, which one to buy?

A friend need to buy a 24 inch S-IPS panel, I could not find any monitor on dell india site but for sure dell makes S-IPS panels.

What all brands are available in S-IPS 24" inch in India?

I'm using a Dell Ultrasharp U2410 and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good LCD in a price range of 30k.
