Samsung galaxy S or Motorola atrix 2

I am planning to buy new android phone. My main criteria is bigger vibrant display (probably > 4 inches). And also good camera performance (i dont care about pixels though, 5 would be sufficient) and HD video recording. I dont play music and i dont play games. Suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

btw S2 is 5k more than Atrix2
