Moderators need your help.

Seller told me to transfer the money on Wednesday at around 1 A.M.

So that he can ship the product on wednesday.

So i transfered the money immediately.

Then he said he will ship the product on Thursday.

But on Thursday he PMed me saying that he has issues with shipping because shipping is Rs. 200 Normal courier of DTDC, so he is refunding my money.

Then i offered to pay additional amount so that he can ship the product.

Later he admitted that he sold the product localy so now he cannot ship the product.

My time, energy and money got waste in all this.

Please look into this and advise accordingly.

he had his S2 on this forum, after deal was finalised he sold it off to someone else on TE only and told me it was sold locally.

But i believe he should have been more honest if he was getting a better deal either with s2 or otterbox.

Look i didn't finalize the deal with you that time at all..i told you don't transfer the money until i told you to do so..is it wrong?...the user to whom i sold was in first in the list who contacted me for the phone and for your info i sold him the phone in lower price than you offered me..you offered me 16k and i sold to him for 15k...if i wanna have a better deal i should have sell it to you but i sold to him cause he was first in the list & he confirmed later...if you want you can contact with him directly and ask him about it..and i already stopped you before you transfer the amount in my account..i don't think you have any issue in that matter at all & if you weren't satisfied in that issue why you didn't said anything that time..why now?..i didn't take any money from you or anything..

And in your issue i already told you i have one offer locally..i admit i asked you to transfer since i thought i can mange the shipping but i couldn't and i truly said sorry for wasting your time..yesterday i was willing to ship but you said you want that paper piece too and for that particular reason i told you i cant ship it yesterday since i need to open it & repack the parcel...try to remember it...today when i asked DTDC they said charge will be RS-190 for that parcel too..i thought they might charge me less since the parcel was less than 1kg..but it was the case here..it was my carelessness....so i couldn't ship it..i told you Blu-dart issue too..when i already said sorry for my fault and gave you the refund..why are you making it big issue?Did i cheat your money or anything?

But at the time of shipping if you are saying that you are not shipping all the things then its wrong.

Plus if you had issues with Bluedart in past then why you mentioned in ur thread as prefered courier.

When i contacted DTDC in my area about shipping charges they told me it will be around Rs. 80-85 and it will take 3 days to reach.

You could have told me that time only but you used me as a backup
so that if your local buyer doesnt turn up o he says no to the deal then you will ship me.

If cheating like this is not a big issue then sir you are at wrong place.

Really? i GAVE you an option about that paper piece..i never said i wont give it to you..i told you clearly that i didn't add it due to lack of space before shipping it & i send you a snap of thje part which i didn't add ..didn't i?? i told you clearly that i will send it if you want it that bad and if you want me to send it too then i have to open the parcel and repack it..since i was in office i can only pack it at night after i back home..so i told you i will ship it today..i told you once that i will let you know if the local buyer backs out..then you increase your offer & i told you to transfer it cause i thought i would the manage the shipping in less charge..that was my carelessness & i already apologize for this issue and said sorry..look your place & my place not the same..this is not any cheating..i didn't take your money & run..i already gave you the refund & even apologize for my faults..what you want me to do more?

what i lied? i clearly told you DTDC charges are high..i thought they will charge me less since my parcel was light but that was not the case..i already said that was my carelessness ..when you offered me additional charges i dont have the case that time how i can ship if i dont have? and since you told me you only had 507 in your account i didn't expect additional charges from you sice you said that the maximum quote you can offer...i said sorry many times for wasting your time...i apologize to you many times..i gave you the refund already..enough i did from my side..if you think i deserve the negative feedback you can proceed with your negative feedback..Thanks

Dude i think you should read my comment....i dont have problem you selling it off to anyone and if you remember...you had told me to transfer money to your friend's SBI account to which i said NO...asked you to provide your account details....so i think deal was confirmed.

Anyway...i haven't reported your thread then as you told me you sold it LOCALLY whereas it was sold to another TE member...!!
