Budget 15-20K Samsung M 21 brightness issue

my M 21 becomes dull in sunlight inspite of full brightness .im told this is a samsung issue,a feature which cant be removed.is there a way out..otherwise can i be suggested a phone which doesnt have this issue ,any other brand(ironically i switched to samsung because of its non chinese origin).my requirement is a basic 4 GB RAM android phone with 5G preferred,dual sim.budget 16K max.thanks

Compare phones on GSMArena.
And check the "nits" value in the display section.
M21 have 420 nits brightness.
Now all you can do is compare this with devices in your family and friends.
