Registrations for early access for use of Samsung Pay has started.
It is currently for a selected number of mobile phones and selected number of cards.

Note 4 not supported. Ain't gonna buy a new phone, just for this. Good to hear, however, this is coming to India.

This is just early access program. To kick start the process and get a feel of the use. There are bound to be region specific issues, even though it is running in US.
Though, i am not sure, I do expect it to be extended to all flagships and high end devices (US only have flagships S6+).
