Monitors Samtron 55e monitor trouble

i have samsung samtron 55e monitor ..it makes quite loud noice with blurring shaking screen but works cool on batters(ups)

Can u b a little more specific here?

I get it that u mean to say the monitor makes the loud noice with blurring and shaking when its directly given power from the mains and its seems to work fine when given connection from the UPS?

Correct me if i am wrong here.

If this is the case , sounds more like a voltage problem or so i guess..
