Storage Solutions Sandisk Extreme SSD - fluid at the joints

Hi All,

Need your inputs, I happened to purchase a 120 GB Sandisk SSD from I think SnapDeal, I checked the SSD and everything is fine, however I see some fluid like thing at the joints of the SSD, where the two plates covering it join, has anyone noticed anything similar?

Some sort of glue for holding it together?

Last checked it seems to have dried out, seems like could have been moisture, it's dry no and now sign of the fluid
